NiNõ’s Kids was created by Lizette, an optometrist from South-Africa that relocated to Canada with her husband and their long-waited-for miracle baby boy. She has always loved working with children and enjoyed being able to help so many people with her profession, but after selling her optometry practices in SA, she found herself new in Canada, at home with their son during the Covid-19 world pandemic.
Being a little bit creative, a first-time mom and an entrepreneur at heart she combined her love for children, caring and all things trendy with her business background to create Ninõ's Kids.
2021 brings the start of a new journey for NiNõ's Kids. Lizette continues her full-time journey and career in eye-care in Canada & NiNõ's has brought more hands on deck to ensure we can continue to produce quality handmade products for trendy little Canadians.
What we do?
At NiNõ’s we create and curate trendy items and toys for modern babies and toddlers to enjoy, play and develop with that complement their surrounding environment (your home).
We love the environment and try our best to be sustainable:
- We create and plan our hand crafted products with minimal to no waste.
- We only use environmentally friendly water-based non-toxic paint.
- We make use of re-usable packaging.
We also support local by making use of Canadian suppliers for our wooden & leather products, branding and packaging.
